PS1 style chair

I attempted to create a chair in the PS1 style and observed that achieving the authentic retro effect requires drastically reducing the model's polygon count, with nearly every face formed as a triangle. If the model retains too many faces or if texture resolution is even slightly higher, the result appears overly smooth or lacks the intended aesthetic. Using Blender’s built-in renderer highlights this issue, and even when imported into Unreal Engine, the model still appears too polished due to its modern rendering capabilities, which smooth out low-poly edges rather than preserving the blocky, raw look typical of the PS1 era.
I noticed that this approach is highly efficient because simply lowering the texture resolution speeds up the rendering process significantly.
