I spent a lot of time on materials, not just on color matching but also on the coordination of saturation and brightness, which took me a long time to get right. I kept tweaking the node parameters. When I first started using Unreal Engine, I couldn't understand how the nodes worked at all. Seeing all the text and data made my head spin. However, after diving deeper, I realized it's not as complicated as it seemed. Everything is controlled by numbers, allowing for more precise control over the details of the materials.

The stone material on the left was completed based on the one on the right, but they give off entirely different vibes. I was thrilled for a long time because I achieved the effect I wanted. The scene transformed from a cozy home into a mysterious house. I spent a lot of time on the lighting as well. At first, it was either too bright or too dark, making it hard to see. Then, I realized I needed to adjust the ambient light too. Minor issues kept slowing my progress.

For the lighting color, I wanted to maintain a mysterious yet warm feeling, so I chose an orange-yellow hue. I also added some small lights, like next to the stairs or on the balcony. There’s a bright light on the roof that makes the building stand out from a distance. So far, you can pretty much see how my overall work is shaping up.

As for the store’s logo, I just drew something simple and applied it as a texture. I initially planned to use some artistic fonts, but that would have lost the advantage of the scroll design, especially since it wouldn’t show the scroll's texture properly.

The scroll design is better suited for printing and works well as a thin, banner-like sign fluttering at the shop entrance. So, the store's sign ultimately looks like this:
